The Gordon Bar & Lounge

The Bar Staff, will always welcome you with a friendly smile and a warm welcome.

The Gordon Bar serves the Spike bar, MacKenzie Room, Gordon Lounge and dining areas. It is fully stocked with a full range of beers & spirits and we have an extensive list of good quality wines all at very respectable prices.

Throughout the summer, the bar is open from 11.30am – 10pm and Management will use their discretion to keep the bar open if several members and their guests are in the club using the bar.

The Gordon Bar

In the Gordon Bar, we have two screens linked to SKY TV and regularly show the all the popular sporting events. A wide range of snacks, sandwiches and more substantial meals are available to eat in the bar and on the terrace. Spikes may be worn in the bar and there is a dedicated entrance for those on the course coming in from the terrace for refreshments.

The Gordon Lounge

The Club Lounge is an ideal place for a quiet drink and a catch up with friends and playing partners.

It’s also ideal for functions and can be utilised in different ways. Comfortably seating 150 guests with a sizeable dance floor where a stage can be situated for live entertainment.

The lounge opens out onto a south facing terrace overlooking the 18th green where there is seating and parasol umbrellas for shade whilst eating and drinking al fresco. Members and societies often gather here with drinks in hand to watch the final competitors putt out!
